    As the trusted real estate advisor for my
clients, I understand that selling and/or buying a home is complex and deeply
personal.  There is also a lot at stake
financially and personally.  This
perspective on the process and the responsibility felt towards my clients drives
me to truly be an expert at my job.  I understand
the market, the players, and all the variables involved in a real estate
transaction. It is my goal to ensure that you feel supported and that you have
a trusted advisor by your side.

    As a seller, you want to effectively (and
beautifully) market the home and then negotiate to secure the highest possible
price and most accurate terms for the sale. 
As a buyer, you want a patient, yet assertive partner to help buy the
right home for you, at the best possible price. 
In other words, you want to make sure you do not leave any money on the
table.  This is where I step into action
as your consultant, negotiator, and project manager.

    In 2017, I launched my real estate career
by graduating from the Real Estate College of Colorado.  I was presented multiple awards including the
Bronze Achievement award and exceeding goals multiple times with Keller Williams.   Prior
to that since 1990, I have negotiated multimillion dollar contracts with PIXAR
Animation Studios and framed luxury homes from Monte Rey, CA to Woodstock, NY.
for Linwood Cedar Homes.

    My combined experience, from building
Luxury homes, negotiating contracts and years of excellence as a Realtor in
Colorado, I have demonstrated the continued focus of professionalism in this
industry.  I have a broad range of
understanding throughout the process and have a proven track record of
excellence as a REALTOR.
